This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Kongsee (kongsee.com). As a secondhand marketplace, product conditions are described and shown in listings, including photos and, where available, video. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Do not ship items back before receiving our confirmation. Unauthorized returns may be refused or not processed.
In some cases, we may require you to return the item; in other cases, a physical return may not be necessary. Where a return is required, the refund process will begin only after we have received and inspected the returned item.
After inspection, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 7-14 business days after processing.
