This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Kongsee (kongsee.com). Kongsee is a secondhand book marketplace based in Malaysia. Orders are fulfilled by individual sellers on our platform and shipped to buyers across Malaysia.
We currently ship within Malaysia, covering both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). International shipping availability may vary by seller and listing.
Orders are shipped via registered third-party logistics providers operating in Malaysia, which may include services such as Pos Laju, J&T Express, GDex, Ninja Van, and similar carriers. The carrier used for each order depends on the seller and the delivery destination.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery destination and the weight of the item(s) ordered. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed clearly before you confirm your order.
Sellers are expected to prepare and hand over orders to the logistics carrier within 3 business days of receiving a confirmed order. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the seller.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to public holidays, high parcel volumes, or logistics disruptions outside our control.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website or app.
Sellers are responsible for packaging items securely to prevent damage during transit. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately upon delivery and contact us at hello@kongsee.com.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for any additional redelivery fees. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.
