How can I sell on Kongsee?
When your book is sold:
Do we sell directly to Kongsee?
No β Kongsee is a marketplace. You list your books and sell directly to buyers. Kongsee handles the platform and takes a small commission per sale.
How do I list my books?
Click "Start Selling" above, search your book by ISBN or title, set your condition and price, and publish. Takes under a minute per book.
I got an order β what do I do?
Pack your item securely and drop it off with the courier. Check our Packing Guide for step-by-step instructions.
What if buyers don't pay?
Buyers are required to pay upfront before any order is confirmed.
Kongsee will hold the payment securely and release it to the seller only after the order has been fulfilled and the buyer has confirmed receipt.
Sellers are strongly advised to record a packing video before shipping as proof. This helps Kongsee protect both buyers and sellers fairly if any issue comes up.
