Packing Guide

Follow these four steps before you head to the courier drop-off point.

Print the AWB

Print the AWB using a sticker printer (recommended) or a normal printer. A5 or A6 size is OK.

Wrap the Item Securely

Basic bubble wrap is recommended especially for order shipping in flyers. Be creative and eco-friendly - reuse packaging materials whenever possible and make sure the item is well protected.

Attach the AWB

Stick the AWB clearly on the parcel. If you printed on normal paper, tape on the whole AWB securely so it may not be rejected from courier centers.

Drop Off the Parcel

Bring the parcel to your selected courier drop-off point. In Malaysia, many centres accept multiple couriers, such as MBE (Mail Boxes Etc.), Parcelhub, and other shared courier drop-off points.
